How soon should I expect results?

What is the correct layering sequence?
Morning: Cleanser → Vitamin C Serum (damp skin) → Moisturiser → SPF 60 (always last). Evening: Cleanser → Melatonin or Probiotic Serum → Glutathione Cream. Allow 60–90 seconds between each layer. Do not layer AHA/BHA with Vitamin C in the same application.

This is my second bottle. The serum is transparent liquid, not sticky and absorbs really well into my skin (combo skin). I did see anti-aging effect after every use of this serum.
